You’ll build real relationships, help customers make smart insurance decisions, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Think of it like this you’re the friendly face, the trusted advisor, and the connector between what customers need and what our agency can deliver. And yes—there’s also a sales side (in the good way) proactively matching people with the right coverage and services.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Build strong client relationships that drive retention, loyalty, and growth
- Review policies and have confidence-filled conversations with clients about what’s working and what could be better
- Help resolve more complex customer issues, guiding them to solutions with care and efficiency
- Recommend, explain, and sell insurance products using your knowledge and a consultative approach
- Supporting both warm leads (people who already know you) and cold leads (people you’ll introduce to the agency)
🌟 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred (but we’re open to the right attitude and aptitude)
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills—you can connect with people and keep conversations moving forward
- A proven track record of meeting goals/sales targets (or the drive to get there!)
- You’re comfortable engaging in sales conversations and genuinely enjoy helping people choose coverage that fits

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
